My review:

Forever for Us is the eighth book in The Wilder Brothers series. Reading the series in order is unnecessary since they are standalones. But I love this series and can’t get enough of this family.
This enemy-to-lover romance was a second chance for Wyatt and Ava. After being betrayed by their exes, they find themselves fighting the attraction between each other. Working together makes it hard for them to avoid each other and eventually, they give in to their feelings. The chemistry between Wyatt and Ava was off the charts. They made the perfect couple. I absolutely loved this book and cannot wait for the next book in the series!

 A Wilder Wedding is a novella in The Wilder Brothers series (#7.5). It’s not necessary to read the series in order but I have fallen in love with this series and can’t seem to get enough. 

 Naomi and Amos were side characters in the previous books, and I was so happy to finally see their story.  They had worked together for years but their relationship had turned into a vicious circle of love and hate.  After his painful breakup with his ex-wife, Amos built walls around his heart.  His fear of being hurt again kept him from committing to another relationship. 

 “Amos?  If we keep doing this, if I keep letting myself fall, I won’t hate you.  I’ll hate myself.  And I don’t know how to fix that.”

 I absolutely loved this book and I was so glad to see Amos and Naomi finally overcome all the obstacles in their way.  This was a fast-paced novella, but the characters and the plot had depth.  And even though it was short, the story didn’t feel rushed.  I cannot wait for the next book in the series!

My review:

Stay Here With Me is the fifth book in The Wilder Brothers series and was a great addition to an already awesome series.  I just cannot seem to get enough of the Wilder family.  I love large family troupes with grumpy/sunshine characters, and this is a series I am hooked on.  I have been patiently waiting for this book which is East Wilder and Lark Thornbird’s story.  The book starts a few months after Lark visited the resort and they slept together.  Now Lark’s best friend, Bethany, is marrying one of the Wilder brothers so ignoring one another is going to be impossible.

“I thought you were the path to my future, but in the end, you were the fork in the road I refused to take.”

Lark, a famous singer and songwriter, had lost all her inspiration to write songs. She knew what she wanted to write, but she had made a promise to East.  Like everyone else, he believed she used people in her life and wrote about their souls and feelings for fame and fortune, but she never wrote about people she loved.  With her deadline coming up, Lark decides to return to the Wilder Retreat and hopes to find some inspiration while visiting with her best friend, Bethany.

“The only way to stop loving you is to never love at all…”

East Wilder was discharged from the military after an injury and joined his brothers in opening their retreat.  He met Lark when she came to the retreat to see his soon-to-be sister-in-law.  He hated how much he wanted her and all the feelings she made him have.  He knew she didn’t want more from him. They didn’t have a future together and he knew it would hurt when she finally left. 

I loved watching East and Lark as they struggled their way to finding their happy ever after together.  East had to get over the guilt he felt for surviving when his other friends died before he finally realizes he want a future with Lark.  This book was emotional and had me in tears, but I highly recommend it.  After reading the last chapter and getting a peak into Elliot’s story, I cannot wait for the next book.

My review:

WOW!... I would give this book ten stars if I could. I loved the first book in the series, One Way Back to Me, but this book was so heartbreaking it raised the bar. I absolutely adore the Wilder siblings and the previous book gave us a hint of Evan and Kendall’s past, so I was so glad to finally get their story.

Kendall and Evan met on the way to Los Vegas and after a few whirlwind days, they got married. Life as a military spouse was new to Kendall but she had the support of Evan’s best friends’ wives. The loss of Evan’s best friends during deployment changed all their lives, especially Kendall and Evan’s. Now Evan’s family faces the challenge of running the Wilder resort so they must work together as Kendall is the head chef for their restaurant.
This was such an amazing story, and I was captivated from the beginning. Kendall and Evan were lovable characters and so easy to connect with. Their love for one another held true over the years even if Evan’s fears made him walk away from Kendall. My heart broke as I read their story and their emotions poured off the pages. I loved seeing them finally begin to communicate and discover the person they each had become over the years they were separated. In the end, we get a glance at the next book, and I cannot wait for Everett and Bethany’s story.
