My review:

Cowboy’s Christmas Nanny is the first book in the Trinity Falls series by Clara Pines. This was a new-to-me author, and I am so glad I had a chance to read one of her stories. I love small-town and holiday romances, so this was a delightful romance to start off the Christmas season with. It is undoubtedly a Hallmark movie candidate with its charming main characters and those adorable children. It was so sweet for Shane and Natalie to have a crush on each other as teenagers and to find love together later as adults.
The book was beautifully written with perfect pacing. I genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone in Trinity Falls. It ended perfectly with Natalie’s brother, Chris, returning home from the military. It looks like we will see Chris again in the next book which I look forward to reading.

My review:

Covered is the sixteenth book in the Gold Hockey series by Elise Faber. I haven’t read the entire series, but I have had no problems reading any of the books as a standalone. After getting a sneak peek at Ben and Jordyn’s story in the previous book, I couldn’t wait for their book to be released.

A single mom of two boys, Jordyn, was trying to start over after her ex’s betrayal and their painful divorce.  She wasn’t looking to start a relationship, but Ben wasn’t going to let go of Jordyn after finally finding her.  

I love the Gold team members and their tight-knit families.  They are always so encouraging to each other, and you can feel the love and respect they have for one another.  This is another wonderful book by Ms. Faber and I look forward to the next book.
