Never Saw You Coming is the second book of the Westcott
siblings. We met Loch in Harbor
Westcott’s book, Swear on My Life. Each
book can be read as a standalone, but I also enjoyed the first book and
recommended reading it.
Workaholic Loch Westcott followed in his father’s footsteps
as a corporate lawyer and was working toward becoming a partner in the Westcott
law firm. For some reason, he felt
compelled to help Wednesday when she was mugged outside a busy coffee shop in
Manhattan.
“I never saw you coming, and then you flipped my world
upside down…Upside down and right side up.
I need you to know that I’m letting you go but only for a few
days…hoping when you return to me you won’t long for the unknown anymore. You’ll be whole again. So, this isn’t the
end, Tuesday. It’s only our beginning.”
Tuesday woke up in the hospital with no memory and no
belongings. Loch was the only one who
stepped up and wanted to help her. With
his help, she is hoping to recover and remember her past. But can her love for
Loch merge her past and her future?
I absolutely loved this book and enjoyed it more than the
first book. I loved how Loch and Tuesday
grew together and became better people.
In the beginning, their characters seemed cold and closed off but by the
end of the book they had completely changed. The next book is playboy Noah’s
book, and I cannot wait for it.
