Isabella and Lucas’s grandmothers had been best friends so for years they had known each other. Isabella had been in love with Lucas forever and he had never even noticed her. Now she is caring for Lucas’s Granny and living in the same house as him so she cannot avoid him as easily. His Granny wants Lucas to get married and settle down and then suggests he should marry Isabella. She knows he doesn’t believe in love but that doesn’t stop her from agreeing to marry him. She knows she will end up heartbroken but is willing to risk it. Can a marriage of convenience work between a rich playboy and a ray of sunshine nurse?
This was a sweet small-town romance that will touch your heart. Isabella and Lucas's journey to happiness was not easy but they finally find their way.
