My review:

Doctor Scandalous is the first book in Boston’s Billionaire Bachelors series. We met the Fritz family in The Edge Series, and I was so excited to see them get their own story. I discovered this author after reading the second book in that series and I have loved every book since. The books can be read as stand-alone but are so much better if read in order and start with The Edge Series since the characters are interwoven into both series. The book was fast-paced, had depth, and was well written. The characters were lovable, genuine, and easy to connect with. I loved all the witty banter between the Fritz siblings and their friends. They kept the book light and fun. I was so glad to know Oliver’s story after it was hinted at in the other series. He had been devastated by his ex-girlfriend when she dumped him for his best friend right before he asked her to marry him. It took a lot of courage for him to put his heart out there again and to trust someone with it. Amelia had given up her dreams to take care of her six-year-old sister when their parents died. After she was bullied and joked about by the girls in school, it was great seeing her stand up for herself. She was always the one caring for others so seeing Oliver take care of her was wonderful. I really loved the book and cannot wait for the next book after all the tension in Carter’s relationship with his resident. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
