Priceless Ink by Giulia Lagomarsino
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Priceless Ink is the fifth book in The Cortell Brothers series, but it was fine reading it as a stand-alone. This was a new-to-me author and I was excited to have the chance to read it. It was well-written and fast-paced. The characters and the storyline were developed. My attention was caught in the beginning and in fact, I stayed up late to finish it because I could not put the book down. It was down-right hilarious, entertaining, emotional and full of snark between the characters. I laughed the entire book and had a smile on my face until the very end. The main characters were charming and so easy to relate to. Sofia started out being a snob and rude, but she finally came to realize that money was not as important as the people in her life. Joe was such a sweet guy and loved helping everyone. I loved how he kept his cool and just ignored Sofia’s behavior in the beginning. I enjoyed reading this book and the previous books look pretty entertaining also.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
