My review:

AMAZING!  This standalone romance will break your heart.  Heartbroken Roman and Elora cross paths after they each lost a loved one.  Elora is trying to visit all the places her mother had on her bucket list while Roman is wandering across the country to escape the pain of losing his brother.  Together they found peace but what happens when the real world comes knocking?

“You’ve given me more than you realize, Elora”

“And part of that is a feeling of happiness that isn’t mixed up with money and things.  It’s pure and good and everything fucking normal I didn’t know I was missing out on until you.”

This was a beautiful story of two wonderful people with genuine feelings.  I loved watching Elora and Roman’s relationship evolve as they spent time together. Even though my feelings went on a roller coaster ride while reading this book, I really enjoyed it.

My review:

Amazing! Another 5 stars for the author!

Before This Ends was the second book in the Before series, a spinoff of the Until series. Although the books can be read as standalones, I think it’s better if you start with the first book to get a better background on the dynamics of the characters. 

 We met Emma and Miles in the first book Before We Fall, but there wasn’t much of a connection between them, and they were just acquaintances since Emma was living with her boyfriend, Eli.  The chemistry between them began after her breakup when she was helping Miles by watching his daughter Winter.  I loved how Emma connected with Winter and how close they were.  Emma and Miles made the perfect couple.

 I really loved this book and couldn’t put it down once I started it. It was such a beautiful story and had great characters.  I cannot wait for the next book.

My review:

“…even if you refuse to fight for us, I always will, because I know what we have is worth the effort. You’re the first woman I’ve ever loved and the one person in my life I can’t stand being away from.” 

Until Hannah is the thirteenth book in the Until Him/Her series and I think it is by far my favorite book in the series.  The characters and the plot were well-developed, and the pacing was perfect. 

Hanna was so adorable, and I love that Walker was the first to fall.  He was all growly protective of Hanna but was a teddy bear with her.  Hanna might have been on a one-year relationship hiatus, but Walker was not going to let the perfect woman go!  She might have thought what they had was just a vacation fling, but he was out to prove her wrong.

I absolutely loved this book, and it is one I will be rereading again.  It was the perfect vacation fling romance story.  I hope to see Ham and Otto again in a future book.

Amazing!   5 stars to the author!

Before We Fall was an amazing story and spins off of the Until series.   I haven’t read all of the Until series, but I was excited to get to revisit some of the characters.  This was Tucker and Miranda’s story.

When Miranda discovered her husband was cheating on her with the wife of his co-worker, her heart was broken.  After getting divorced the last man she needs to be around is Tucker Beckett.  But fate keeps pushing them together.

The connection between them was strong and their chemistry was off the charts.  I loved watching Miranda and Tucker’s relationship slowly develop.  They were perfect for each other.  Miranda was such a great mom and seeing Tucker falling for her and her son was beautiful.  He was so protective of them and so sweet.  

I really loved this book and couldn’t put it down until I finished it.  It was full of so many emotions and was a beautiful second-chance romance.  This author has become one of my favorites and I cannot wait for the next book.

“You’re Bowie’s wife?” he asks, and all I can do is nod stupidly as I look into his eyes. I can’t believe this is happening. “What the fuck?”

“I… I didn’t call you. I mean, I should have called and told you, but… I just….” I rub my lips together when his stubble-covered jaw twitches.

My review:

“When I saw you in a white dress sitting on the grass with a circle of daisies in your hair, I knew I was going to marry you…” 

Wow!  This was such a great book!  I couldn’t put it down and it is certainly one I will read again in the future.  The plot of a fake engagement might be common, but this book has so much that makes it memorable.  I loved Jace and Penny.  They were perfect for each other, and their banter and nicknames were full of wit.

When a schoolteacher and a corporate workaholic pretend to be engaged for a family reunion, anything can happen.  This book was full of family drama, slow-burning romance, and a gruff swoon-worthy man.  I loved watching Penny and Jace face off and try to act their way through being engaged.  I really enjoyed meeting Jace’s family, especially his grandmother.  This is a perfect book to start off the summer with and full of family reunion fun. As always, Ms. Reynolds has written another grand slam!
