Meant for Her is the second book in the Meant For series and is a spin-off from the Hollywood Playboy & This Is Crazy series.  Christopher is the son of Caroline and Justin Stone from the book This is Forever.  This book was another fantastic hit for the Stone/Grant/Horton family series.

After the shock of Benji’s (her husband) death, Dakota was left picking up the pieces and trying to hold it together for her two girls.  She was upset with his teammates and how they had done nothing to help Benji.  But Christopher would not give up and eventually wormed his way into Dakota and her daughter’s hearts.

“I love you.  You make me happy.  You make the girls happy.  You put us first every single time.  With you, I never have to doubt my worth.  With you, I never have to doubt if you love me.  With you, I feel like I could take on the world.”

 

Christopher was devastated by his best friend’s death and wanted to be there for Dakota and the girls.  However as Benji’s secrets come to light, Christopher realizes he never really knew Benji.  They would never have been friends if he knew what Benji had really been like.  As he helps Dekota, he cannot help falling for her.  But can he get over his guilt?

This was an awesome book; I must admit to reading it twice now.  Once I started reading, I couldn’t put it down.  I fell in love with all the characters and witty dialogue.  I cannot wait for the next book, Meant for Love.
