My review:
WOW. This was a new-to-me author, and I was
absolutely surprised by the book! This
is one funny book that had me chuckling after reading the prologue alone. I always love a good enemies-to-lovers and
brother’s best friend rom-com and this one certainly checks the boxes and tickles
the funny bone. Michael “Olly” and Maggie
are perfectly imperfect characters and watching them work together for their
child after spending years pranking and hating each other was wonderful. I loved watching their relationship turn
around and they finally started communicating with each other.
I was thoroughly
entertained by this book and after reading it as a standalone, I cannot wait to
read the previous books in the series. I
hope to read more by this author in the future.
