Saved by the Officers is the third book in the In Clear Sight series. We met Shade and Trapper in the previous books, and I couldn’t wait for their book to come out. I knew it would be an emotional rollercoaster and heartbreaking.
Trapper and Shade had lost the love of their lives and each of them mourned her loss in their own way. Trapper tried to lose himself in liquor and women, while Shade withdrew into himself more than he already was.
When Georgia discovers her husband’s lies, she goes to the FBI to give them the information they will need to arrest him. She only requests they provide witness protection for herself and her daughter. After finally arriving somewhere they will stay for more than a day, she meets her neighbors who understand her situation.
This was an emotional second chance romance that will touch your heart. I have enjoyed every book in the series and recommend reading the entire series.
