My review:

This was a beautiful story and I’m so glad I had the chance to read it. The author is still new to me but the few books I’ve read have touched my heart. Lucas and Autumn were easy to love and their story pulled me in at the beginning. Lukas and Autumn had their marriage arranged by their families who believed fate required them to marry to save her grandfather’s life. Autumn was very young, and Lukas was in the military so their plan was to get divorced later after her grandfather passed. Years later Lukas is injured, and Autumn’s family insists she needs to take care of him. Meanwhile, her family is doing all they can to play matchmakers. This was an excellent book, and I loved the cute-meet between Lukas and Autumn. I liked how their friendship grew through exchanging letters first then once Autumn was older their connections were stronger and deeper. I look forward to more books from Ms. Jay in the future. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
