Release Date: August 2
From Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY bestselling author Natasha Madison comes a small town, best friends to lovers romance.
Maybe, she was just mine to hold.
My rating: 5 out of 5 stars
My review:
Mine to Hold is the second book in the Southern Wedding
series which is a series based on four siblings whose wedding day turns into a
nightmare. So far, every book has been
great, and I think that starting with Mine to Kiss and reading them in order is
best.
Shelby’s sisters had planned her perfect wedding and after
the fiasco of their brother’s wedding, they thought they had everything covered
so there be no disasters. Then Shelby
gets a love letter emailed to her from her fiancé Joseph hours before their wedding,
only it wasn’t addressed to her.
Ace was planning to propose to his girlfriend after the
wedding until he discovered she was sleeping with the groom who was his best
friend. Leaving town with Shelby brings
back all his feelings for her years ago, but he had never acted on them. Maybe they were meant to be?
The books in this series keep getting better and
better. Ace and Shelby were perfect for
each other, and I loved watching their friendship expand into more. This is my favorite book in the series so
far, but I really look forward to the next book which is Clarabella’s
story. It sounds like another
interesting story with lots of surprises.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
