Synopsis:

My review:

Love You Like That is the fourth book in the Excess All Areas series.  This was a new-to-me author but reading it as a standalone gave me no problems.  This is not a book I would normally choose but the synopsis was interesting so I thought I would try it.  It was written well, the pacing was good, and the characters had a lot of depth.  I enjoyed watching Zoe and Alex’s relationship grow as they came to know each other.  They both felt like they different fit in and would not be enough.  Once they got over the fears of what would happen if their relationship went sour, they discovered how similar they were.  I loved how Alex stressed how important communication was and made sure they discussed everything even things that were difficult.  Their relationships had struggles, but they were able to overcome them through communication and being there for each other.

This was an enjoyable book and I’m glad I decided to try something different and would recommend it.
