USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR Claudia Burgoa continues a billionaire romantic series in a second chance enemies-to-lovers story that’ll leave readers laughing and swooning!
They’ll get their second chance at love… if they don’t kill each other first!
If I ever cross paths with Gatsby Spearman I might just push him from the tallest building in San Francisco.
Saying that I don’t like him is an understatement—I hate him.
The prick ghosted me in college, stole the program we created to start a billion-dollar company—oh and I failed a class because of him.
I want revenge. And I want it to be petty.
I created an infallible five-step plan to make him pay for what he did to me.
1. Destroy his company.
2. Hire him out of pity.
3. Make him fall in love with me.
4. Rip out his heart.
5. Ghost him while he’s crying from a broken heart.
Simple, right?
Except, I didn’t take into consideration the old college chemistry rearing its ugly head and bringing us closer together despite everything we do to fight it.
I want vengeance, all he wants is to flirt.
Though, I don’t plan on falling for his antics.
I’ll play this to win.
Let the games begin.
Can’t Help Love is a sexy, fun, at time angsty enemies-to-lovers billionaire romance that’s the perfect combination of seduction and sassy with a couple who live to torture each other!

My review:
Can’t Help
Love is the second book in the Paradise Bay Billionaire series. This author has quickly become one of my
favorites so her books are a must-read for me.
This was another wonderful book of the Spearman family. I loved Gatsby in the previous book and his
charm carried over into this book. This
is Gatsby and Maia’s second chance at happiness after their college love fell
apart.
“…she’s
different from the girl I met so long ago.
We both are, but underneath all the years, there are still two hearts
beating at the rhythm of our souls. I’m
still the dreamer. She’s still the
dream. I don’t know how or when, but
we’ll make this work out for us.”
When Gatsby
Spearman’s father died, his world was turned upside down. He returned home to help raise his five
younger siblings and gave up Maia. He
knew he could not tie her down with all his responsibilities. Fourteen years later as CEO of Global GAAM
Corp, Gatsby is ready to take a stand and quit letting Maia win the companies
he tries to acquire. Maybe even win her back?
Maia Ocampo
founder and CEO of MarkTech wanted revenge after Gatsby ghosted her before an
important college presentation. Her life
fell apart while he went on to start a billion-dollar company with the program
they wrote together. Now she has a five-step
plan for revenge, but she didn’t account for the chemistry between them or his
charming personality.
This was an
amazing book, and it is my favorite in the series so far. I loved the characters, the humor which had
me laughing out loud, and all of Gatsby’s charm. The Spearman family have become some of my
favorite characters. This was a
beautiful heartbreaking story and I enjoyed watching Gatsby and Maia connect
again and find happiness together. I
can’t wait for the next book in the series.
I received
an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
All thoughts and opinions are my own.
