A sexy second chance rockstar romance set in the world of the Wrights about Campbell & Blaire from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde…
Campbell Abbey is the lead singer of the biggest band in the universe right now.
He’s also the boy I fell in love with in high school when no one knew my name.
Now, I have a million followers, teach girls every day how to love themselves and get over that boy that wronged them.
If only I could take my own advice…and not still pine for the Wright that got away.
My rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy review:Wright That
Got Away is the eleventh book in the Wright series by K.A. Linde. Each book can
be read as a stand-alone but once I read one, I wanted more of the Wright
family. It was a second chance romance
full of angst, emotion, humor, and steam.
Blaire’s
heart was broken when Campbell left town to chase his dream of a music
career. Now he is back in town, and it was
impossible for her to avoid him. A lot has
happened over the eight years he was gone but Campbell still considers her the
one that got away and wants another chance.
I was very
excited to read Campbell’s book after seeing all the tension between him and
Blaire in the previous book. There were
hints of them having a past together, but no actual details were given. I did not understand Blaire and her anger
towards Campbell until her full story was revealed. They both had regrets and needed to forgive
each other. This was a charming romance
that was fast-paced and easy to read. The
characters were likable, and I loved seeing the previous characters again. I enjoyed reading the book and look forward
to the next book in the series.
I received
an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
All thoughts and opinions are my own.
