My review:

Conveniently Yours is the first book in the Titans of Manhattan series by Anise Storm.  This was the first time I have read one of her books, so I was not sure what to expect.  The synopsis and the cover caught my attention, so I wanted to give it a try.  It was fast-paced and had a good storyline.

Caspian had worked all his life to become CEO of his uncle’s business.  Now his uncle is older and has health problems, he decides it was time for Casper to get married so he announced that Caspian must get married and stay married for one year before he can take over the business.

Paisley’s mother was in a coma and her insurance was about to run out.  Paisley was broke, about to be evicted, and desperate.  In order to provide health care for her mother, Paisley had no choice but to accept Caspian’s offer to marry him for 1 year and a day.

The twist toward the end was surprising.  In the beginning, Caspian’s character was businesslike and cold but discovering how he had maneuvered Paisley did not redeem him.  Paisley was a strong woman and I like how she stood up for herself.  I enjoyed reading the book and I look forward to future books by the author.

I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.
